The internet has arrived at "enough" thanks to Moore's Law.
The empathy Gap
- is there a communication gap?
- is there a common lack of user understanding?
- is this caused by an egregious lack of research?
- user research is a team sport
Examples of the Gap
- Google Glass
- Healthcare + wearables (data overload does not equal value)
- telecom (do the minimum to stay on the right side of the law)
- government
